Ordering Policy & Timeline

Deposit: A $100 deposit is required to begin the custom graphic design process (applied directly to your final bill).

Payment: 100% of the balance is required to send your shirts to the press and begin printing.

Turnaround: Standard delivery is 2 to 4 weeks following final artwork approval and payment.

Order Format: To avoid errors, we require a typed list of sizes and quantities via email (no handwritten orders).
Apparel Options & Base Costs
We default to the durable, high-quality Gildan 2000 short-sleeve shirt as our standard commercial blank,
but alternate premium brands are available upon request.

Standard Base Shirt Cost: ~$4.58 each (Sizes S–XL)

Extended Sizes: Add $2.00 to $4.00 per shirt for XXL and larger.

Mixed Orders: Mixed orders are available! You can mix and match different apparel items (like t-shirts, hoodies, and long sleeves) as long as they are all receiving the exact same graphic print.
Print Method Breakdown
We utilize two primary printing methods depending on your design complexity, color count, and order size.
Use the guidelines below to choose the best option for your commercial project.
Standard DTF Shirts
Best for: Unlimited colors, detailed logos, gradient graphics, and flexible order sizes.
DTF printing allows for vibrant, photo-quality prints with no color limits and absolutely no screen setup fees.

Left Chest and Full Back $7 ea

Graphic Design, Tax, and shipping from shirt supplier (not included)
Traditional Screen Printing
Best for: High-volume bulk orders with simple, bold branding.
Screen printing is the industry standard for crisp, long-lasting commercial uniforms.
Because each color requires a separate setup, pricing depends on your final color count and total order volume.

Setup & Screen Fees:
Graphic Design: $20 per color
Screen Charge: $20 per color
Ink Color Change Fee: $15 per color
Dark Shirts: When printing on dark garments,
add 1 additional color to your total count to account
for the necessary white under-base layer.
$100 Deposit to start artwork - Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
100% Payment Required to order shirts and begin printing
We will need a complete list of sizes and quantities in a text format such as email (no hand-written orders)
Shirts will deliver 2-4 weeks after Final Payment and Art Approval unless items are on back order
